Please bear in mind that due to our focus on swift shipping, once the shipping process has commenced, we are unable to make any alterations to your order. Orders placed on weekends will commence processing for shipping the following Monday.

Free Shipping Details: For orders exceeding $99, we offer complimentary shipping through standard ground service to destinations within the contiguous United States. Additional charges apply for shipments outside the contiguous United States, including areas such as Alaska, Hawaii, islands with or without bridge access, the Florida Keys, and Canada. If you have inquiries concerning shipping to your specific location, please reach out to our customer service team. The majority of our orders are shipped using reliable carriers like FedEx, UPS Ground, USPS First Class, or USPS Priority.

Tracking Your Order: Upon the departure of your order from our warehouse, a tracking number will be sent to your email address. Please keep in mind that tracking numbers typically require one business day to become active.

Should you need a copy of your tracking email, kindly contact our Customer Service team through email, using the email address provided when placing your order. In our commitment to safeguarding our customers, we can only share order details with the billing or ship-to party.

Handling Backordered Items: Should an item be temporarily out of stock, we will promptly inform you. You will then have several options: select an alternative product, cancel the backordered item, or choose to have it shipped to you once it becomes available. Please be aware that the full payment for your order will be processed immediately, and any in-stock items will be shipped at the time of purchase.

Flat-Rate Shipping for Orders Under $99: For orders totaling less than $99, we offer flat-rate shipping at just $7.99, employing standard ground service within the contiguous United States.

Ground Shipping Information:

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Up to 5 Business Days (excluding processing time).
  • Saturday Deliveries: If shipped via USPS, your package may be delivered on a Saturday.
  • Restrictions: Ground shipping is not available to Alaska or Hawaii, and it is not applicable for P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
